Books to Read

Like I said, I researched this thing out! I always have a book on my nightstand regarding Paleo so I can answer my friend's, family's and even husband's never ending questions and concerns when needed and my Nook is full of cookbooks and research to help me when I'm out and about.

These are some of the books I've read, or reading and highly recommend.

Everyday Paleo by Sarah Fragoso is my go to cookbook for yummy, healthy meals that my whole family loves. She is another mama who decided it was best to feed her whole family these nutritious foods rather than going it alone. I love that it is just not a cookbook but has shopping lists, menus, workouts and more. Her book is easy to read and her stories are personal and inspiring. I highly recommend it.

If you have been researching Paleo for more than five minutes than you have probably read the name Robb Wolf and have heard of his book, The Paleo Solution. This book has all the answers, science and research to tell you the hows and whys of this lifestyle. His book is funny, insightful, and chock full of research and facts. He also has a 30 day meal plan with super simple recipes that taste downright delicious. This is a must read for anyone who is considering switching to Paleo and changing their life for the better!
Paleo Power Lunch by Stormy Sweitzer. This is a fun book to help you make the most out of your lunches that you pack for your kids, spouse or yourself. They can also be eaten at home, but she goes into a lot of detail on how to make them the perfect to bring on the go. It has lots of great salad combinations and delicious salad dressing recipes. It is fantastic if your boring salad needs a power boost!

I have this book on my night stand right now waiting to be read. The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson promises to be a great read. I love his blog; Mark's Daily Apple. So I will let you know how it goes!
