Paleo Cereal

Sometimes you just want a fast, easy, cold snack that requires little more than pouring a box of cereal.
This is perfect to get some extra good fats in, before a workout, after a workout, a bedtime snack and of course breakfast...make it a complete meal by adding your choice of protein.

Easy Paleo Cereal

  • Handful of Thin Sliced Almonds
  • Handful of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Handful of Blueberries (or other berry of choice)
  • Small amount of Canned Coconut Milk, just enough to wet it down
This is just the right amount of textures and sweetness for me. I don't like an overly sweet breakfast, but if you are needing just a bit more flavor then I bet a drizzle of raw honey or agave syrup would do the trick.

Protein: None
Fat: Almonds, Coconut Flakes, Coconut Milk
Veggies/Fruit: Blueberries
